Most retail customers we see at Wheelhouse Alloys do not have the ability or equipment to safely remove wheels from their vehicle. Therefore most vehicles requiring alloy wheel refurbishment come to our workshop where we take care of everything for you. Typically a vehicle will be with us for 2-3 days whilst we refurbish the wheels. In some situations we are able to collect wheels from your home / work either if they are loose or on the vehicle. If we are going to place your vehicle on axle stands then there needs to be a SAFE AND SECURE place to do this. The ground underneath must be level and solid and not in a public area. We will not axle stand your vehicle if we do not believe it is safe or appropriate to do so. Vehicles left on axle stands on an owners property are done so at the owners risk. Once your vehicle is on axle stands you must under no circumstances enter the vehicle or work on it / around it. Depending on your location there may be an additional cost for us to visit you to collect wheels. Please contact us and we would be happy to give you a quote for a collection / delivery service
